“Where do I even start?” This is a question frequently asked by health practitioners who have a desire to incorporate nutrition and herbal medicine into their practice, but feel overwhelmed by so many therapies to choose from. In Maximizing the Synergy of Nutrition and Herbal Therapies David Hogsed, D.O.M., A.P. shares simple and effective ways to incorporate the synergistic benefits of whole food supplements and herbal therapies into practice.

Continuing Education:

Eight (8) continuing education credit (CE) hours are requested from New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) for Florida DC, CCPA, ACBN and AP*. (*AP hours are applied first to BioMedical hour requirements, then to General hour requirements.)

Although we only guarantee CE hours for Florida practitioners as listed above, CE hours may be available in other states. We cannot guarantee other states CE approvals and, therefore, it is your responsibility as a practitioner to contact your specific board prior to registering to verify that hours for this course will be accepted.

License Renewal: While applications relating to credit hours for license renewal in selected states have been executed for these programs, it remains attendees’ responsibility to contact the state board(s) from whom they seek continuing education credits for purposes of ensuring said board(s) approve both venue and content as they relate to any seminar/course/lecture/webinar /online presentation (event). Neither a speaker’s or exhibitor’s presence at said event, nor product mention or display, shall in any way constitute NYCC endorsement. About the Speaker:

David Hogsed, D.O.M., is in full time practice with his father, James Hogsed, D.C., at the Natural Healthcare Professionals clinic in Fort Myers, Florida. His practice specializes in providing effective nutritional support for endocrine, digestion, musculoskeletal, and immune system health. David has previously served as a post-graduate faculty member of Texas Chiropractic College, an annual guest speaker at the University of Miami-Miller School of Medicine, and a regular article contributor for the Florida Chiropractic Association Journal. He has been a clinical consultant and speaker for Standard Process since 2003, providing inspiring clinical nutrition seminars for healthcare practitioners.


What’s the refund policy?

$49 cancellation fee will be applied to all registrations cancelled within 7 days of the event. For orders with multiple registrations, each registration will have the fee applied. For this event, last day to cancel for a full refund is November 8, 2019.
